Buyers: Participating in an auction

Reservations for viewing: Reservations are accepted by telephone (+81-3-6304-5613) or email (daikichi-auction@en-power.jp). Reservations will be accepted for up to 20 companies per day. Web bids may be submitted at any time during the auction period.
Web bidding
Bidding will begin four days before the auction date. Web bids are accepted 24 hours/day. Log in to the bidding site to participate in bidding.
Reserve negotiations
In principle, enter reserve negotiations on the Web by 10:00 a.m. on the day after the bidding deadline.
Finalization of settlement
Data will be finalized, and invoices sent by email beginning in the afternoon on the day after the auction date.
Payment deadline
Make payment within two business days after a successful bid. In principle, payment must be made by bank transfer.
*Failure to make payment by the deadline specified by the Auction may be grounds for cancellation.
Merchandise delivery/shipping
Merchandise will be delivered from the date auction data are finalized to the second day thereafter. Merchandise will be shipped in order after payment has been verified.
*Delivery will begin on the following business day if the delivery date is a weekend, holiday, or another day the office is closed.
Follow-up negotiations
The negotiation period for returns in the event an item purchased is defective is two weeks from the day the auction ended.
