Flow of auction participation
Please see below for information on how to participate in the Daikichi Auction.

STEP 01Reservations for viewing
Reservations are required for previews. If you need to make a reservation, please use the preview application form to make a reservation. Online bidding will be available at all times during the exhibition.

STEP 02Web bidding
Bidding starts five days before the auction date. Web bids are accepted 24 hours a day. Log in to the bidding site to participate in the bidding.

STEP 03Reserve negotiations
As a general rule, you should enter reserve negotiations on the web by 11:00 on the day after the bidding deadline.

STEP 04Finalization of settlement
The transaction amount will be officially determined on the afternoon of the day after the auction ends. Please confirm on "My Page".

STEP 05Payment deadline
Payment must be made within 2 working days of the auction following the decision to sell. Only bank transfers will be accepted as a method of payment. *Failure to pay within the time limit set by the auction may be grounds for cancellation.

STEP 06Merchandise delivery/shipping
Merchandise delivery/shipping Items can be delivered beginning two days after the auction date. Please note that items can only be collected after payment has been confirmed.
*Delivery will start on the next working day if the delivery date is public holiday or other day when the office is closed. -
STEP 07Follow-up negotiations
The negotiation period for returns in the event an item purchased is defective is two weeks from the day the auction ended.
However, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, this period shall be within one year from the date of the successful bid in the case of "copied goods or similar products," and within three months from the date of the successful bid in the case of other illegal goods.
